Red beans

Like most my recipes and food i cook, i usually wing it and add as I go depending on how I feel. This is one of my favorites. Hearty and yummy served with white rice and veggies if you please!

Instructions

Step 1
Sautee onions and garlic in a large enough pan/pot that will hold all of the ingredients.

Step 2
After sautéing add in the diced tomatoes sausage and red beans to the mix!
Step 3
Cook on medium high adding water as you go to keep things saucy. The goal is to cook beans to the point where they are nice and soft toq melt in your mouth
Step 4
After about 30 minutes add in Ketchup and salt and a dash of sugar to help the medicine go down.
Step 5
After about 5 minutes add chopped herbs and aromatics to your creation.
