Instructions

Step 1
Begin by adding water into a pot with a sprinkle of salt and let it boil.

With mini sausages, slice the ends just halfway on each side.

Then dice 1/4 of an onion and chop a bit of spring onions for garnishing.
Step 4
Mince your garlic here if needed. Use about 3-4 cloves.
Step 5
In a pan, turn up to medium heat and drizzle oil.

Sautee diced onions and minced garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the sprinkle of chili flakes and mix.
Step 7
Then in your pot, once the water has begun boiling, dunk your sausages for 30 seconds before taking it out again. (The edges (legs) should almost sort of bloom!)
Step 8
Drop the sausages into the pan. Then add your cooking cream, tomato sauce and chicken powder. Mix well and turn to low heat.

Cook 1 serving of angel hair pasta - it should only take 2-3 minutes!

Then drain the water and add the pasta to your pan. Add 2 Tbsp of pasta water if needed.

Mix well and serve with some spring onions on top!
