2 x 6.5 ouncecans chopped clams with juice
whole clams
Fresh, steamed until they open
6 ozfresh mushrooms
chopped
salt

8 ounceslinguini
cooked and drained
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in butter and oil until tender. Stir in herbs, wine, clams, and mushrooms. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over hot linguini and sprinkle with cheese.
