Step 1
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until a smooth consistency is formed. Then add the protein powder, baking soda, and baking powder and mix well
Step 2
Once mixed, add the remaining ingredients except blueberries. When everything is well combined, fold in the blueberries.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 mins or until cooked through,
Step 5
Allow to cool and then slice into 11 pieces
