Instructions
Step 1
Mash the bananas with a pinch of salt.


Step 2
Crack in the eggs and gently whisk until combined.

Step 3
Blend the oats to form a flour. Fold it into the banana mixture.
Step 4
Add the baking powder, bicarb, vanilla & milk. Fold until combined & pour into a lined bread tin.

Step 5
Slice the banana lengthways and place both halves on top. Dot with blueberries, sprinkle over sunflower seeds & bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
