Step 1
ln a large bowl, add blended oats, protein yogurt, rice milk, chia seeds, sweetener and cinnamon and mix until well combined. Then fold in the frozen berries and mix to combine.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180C,.
Step 3
Spray an oven-safe dish with fry lite and then pour the mixture into the tin.
Step 4
Cook in the oven for 30 mins or until golden brown.
Step 5
Cut into 8 slices.
