Step 1
Season round steak with Lawry’s salt snd pepper. Dredge seasoned steak in flour, brown in olive oil, drain on paper towels, and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté onions, bell pepper, and celery in olive oil.
Step 3
Combine steak and vegetables in a large pot. Add water to cover and remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Cover pot and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Step 5
Serve over white rice or mashed potatoes.
