Instructions
Step 1
Beshamel: Milk warm up to almost boil
Add infusions / herbs
Let cool covered with foil (not to evaporate) The « roux »
Melt the butter
Add flour, cook a few minutes then put to cool Reheat milk add roux Mix, boil, and add salt and pepper
