I’m trying to put this together from a video- I’ll add measurements once I figure it out. I just needed to put my grocery list together 😅

Instructions
Step 1
Boil some water for your udon noodles
Step 2
Mince garlic, chop up the green onions, and crush the peppercorns
Step 3
Put green onions, garlic, peppercorns, chili flakes, sesame seeds in a heat safe dish
Step 4
Heat up the oil until it’s hot and sizzle with a few drops of water flicked into it
Step 5
Pour hot oil safely over ingredients in heat safe dish
Step 6
Mix the sugar, soy sauce, tamari, and black vinegar into the chili oil mix
Step 7
Rough chop the cilantro and julienne chop your cucumber
Step 8
Once your water is boiling cook the noodles for the time on the package
Step 9
Drain the noodles
Step 10
Add the cilantro and cucumber to your noodles and top with the sauce
Step 11
Mix together thoroughly and enjoy!
