Ingredients

4 Tbspolive oil
divided
3 poundsshrimp
peeled and deveined
2 TbspChipotle Seasoning
divided
3 teaspoonsalt
divided
2 tsppepper
divided
2yellow onion
medium, chopped
10cloves garlic
minced
56 ouncesmarinara
jar
1 cupdry white wine
2 tspdried oregano
2 Tbspparsley
chopped, more for garnish
32 ounceslinguine noodles

Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a large pan to medium heat. Season the shrimp with 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoon Dan-O’s Seasoning, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and cooked through. Set them aside.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoon of oil and the onion and cook for 5 minutes to soften.
Step 3
Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 4
Add the marinara, white wine, oregano, 2 teaspoon Dan-O’s Seasoning salt , and pepper.
Step 5
Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavor develop. You can prepare your pasta noodles while the sauce is simmering.
Step 6
Stir in the parsley and toss the cooked linguine noodles in the sauce.
Step 7
Next, stir in the reserved shrimp. Garnish and Enjoy!
