Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, eggs, milk, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Spread half of the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
Step 4
4. Layer the chopped spinach on top of the meat mixture, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
5. Cover the spinach and cheese with the remaining meat mixture, pressing down gently to seal the edges.
Step 6
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Step 7
7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
