Step 1
Cook rice and cauliflower rice then mix together.
Step 2
Preheat skillet. Mist with oil.
Step 3
Add rice mixture to skillet. Pushed to one side and scramble egg then mix together.
Step 4
Prepare sauce ingredients in bowl. Drizzle sauce over rice.
Step 5
Add zucchini and peas and carrots to rice
Step 6
Cook chicken tenderloins. 400° 10 minutes, flip half way.
Step 7
Mix together chicken and rice. Optional drizzle of yum yum sauce.
