Ingredients

8boneless skinless chicken thighs
⅓ cupcorn starch
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
5cloves garlic
1onion

4jalapeños
½ cupolive oil
Sauce Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the chicken into small bite size pieces. Mince the garlic, cut the onion into bite size pieces and slice the jalapeños.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, corn starch, salt and black pepper. Mix until chicken is fully coated.
Step 3
3. For the sauce- In a bowl combine together the soy sauce, chicken broth, rice vinegar, brown sugar and sesame oil. Stir until blended and sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Step 4
4. In a skillet on high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and fry until crisp and fully cooked. Do not overcrowd skillet, cook in batches as needed. Remove chicken from pan.
Step 5
5. To the same skillet add onion, garlic and jalapeños stirring regularly, cook for about 1 minute until aromatic.
Step 6
6. Return chicken to skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir. Continue to cook for about 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through and sauce is thickened. Serve hot with white rice and enjoy!
