Chicken
Step 1
Heat frying pan to medium/high heat.
Step 2
Add chicken with soya sauce and salt
Step 3
Saute until browned
Step 4
Remove from heat and set aside
Rice
Step 5
In large pot bring rice, water, salt, butter and chicken bouillon cube to a boil.
Step 6
Stir and cover.
Step 7
Reduce heat and boil slowly for 20 minutes until water is absorbed.
Step 8
Remove from heat and let stand, covered for 5 minutes.
Frying
Step 9
Heat oil and butter in medium wok.
Step 10
Add onions and mixed vegetables. Saute for 2 minutes
Step 11
Add cooked chicken, and continue to saute for 1 minute.
Step 12
Reduce heat to low and add the rice. Mix well.
Step 13
Remove from heat and add soya sauce and mix well.
