Instructions
Step 1
Firstly, make the honey soy sauce by mixing the honey, soy sauce, white wine vinegar and garlic. Stir until combined.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 3
Dice your chicken breast into bite sized chunks.
Step 4
Toss the chicken in the flour mix until well coated.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan on a medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes, flip, and then cook for a further 3 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked thoroughly, and then put on kitchen roll.
Step 6
Wipe the pan over to remove any oil.
Step 7
Pour in your soy sauce mixture and heat on low for around 5 minutes. It should bubble gently and gradually thicken until it is like a syrup.
Step 8
Add the chicken to the sauce and toss!
