Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add cornstarch and garlic powder.
Step 3
Cook on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
Remove chicken from pan to make the sauce.
Step 5
Add gochujang paste, garlic, and ginger. Add a drizzle of sesame oil. Cook for a few minutes.
Step 6
Add a remaining ingredients and allow sauce to thicken.
Step 7
Add back the chicken to the sauce. Serve over rice with green onion to dress.
