Ingredients
4 servings
1chicken
small, cleaned and cut into small pieces
1stick of cinnamon
3black peppercorns
2cloves
2green cardamom pods
1 tspwhole cumin seeds
2 tspginger-garlic paste
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1 tspturmeric powder
2 Tbspcumin powder
depending on your taste
1 tspblack pepper powder
2 Tbspsoy sauce
optional
Frozen sweetcorn
or tinned, as much as you like
salt
to taste
2 Tbspoil
fresh coriander
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pot and add the dry spices (cinnamon, cloves, peppercorn, cardamom and cumin seeds)
Step 2
Now add the chicken and sweetcorn
Step 3
Then add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, turmeric, salt, jeera powder, black pepper powder and soy sauce.
Step 4
Mix well, cover and cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Step 5
If it releases too much water, then take the lid off half way through until the water evaporates.
Step 6
Take off the heat.
Step 7
Garnish with coriander and enjoy 😊
