Instructions

Step 1
Boil water for 8 ounces of thin spaghetti and cook pasta to desired texture. In a large skillet sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent. Next add the halved tomatoes with a little salt and pepper. Then when tomatoes are softened add the beans and garlic and heat through. Remove pan from heat and add chopped basil, toss together. Drain the pasta and toss together with evoo, mozzarella, and mixture. Plate and garnish with basil leaves and balsamic vinegar glaze.
