Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking-powder, and salt. Set aside

In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Step 5
Add the eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
Step 6
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Mix everything until just combined.
Step 7
In a small bowl toss blueberries with 1/2 tablespoon of flour and fold into the batter just until combined.
Step 8
Add batter to the loaf pan and top with some more blueberries 8. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
