Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils then soak in water for a few hours and rinse
black lentils2 cups
Step 2
Add the lentils to a blender with the spices salt and pepper to taste and just enough water to cover them then blend until smooth
garlic powder1 tsp
cumin1 tsp
cayenne pepper½ tsp
Step 3
Lightly oil a pan then stir the batter every time before pouring so the batter doesn’t split Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes then flip and cook for 30 seconds . Serve then fill with your favorite fillings
