These Quinoa and Red Kidney burgers are made from wholesome ingredients and they're the perfect patties, hearty and delicious. They are super easy to put together and are packed with flavour! Perfect on their own or inside burger buns with your favourite toppings.

Instructions

Step 1
Drain and rinse the beans from the can, then place in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until combined. Then form 4 balls with your hands, flatten them out and form patties.
Step 2
Heat up some olive oil in a pan, removing the excess oil with some kitchen paper. Place the burgers on the pan and cook for around 4 minutes per side.
Step 3
Serve on their own or with burger buns and your favourite fillings, I had lettuce, tomatoes, vegan mayo/ ketchup or without buns with some avocado, lettuce and your desired sauce
