Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta to El dente with a little olive oil in the water. Only drain half of the water when done. Leave in hot saucepan.
Step 2
Brown the chicken in a light drizzle of olive oil with the seasoning.
Step 3
When the chicken is browned, add in the peas and olives. Simmer for 5 min.
Step 4
Add the cream cheese, butter, and the pepper jack to the hot sauce pan and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour the saucepan of noodles and sauce into the chicken pan and mix gently.
