Instructions
Step 1
Brown 1 cup unsalted butter in a pot
Step 2
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients (2 cupS flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp salt)

In another bowl, combine brown butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Step 4
Once well combined, add 2 eggs and 2 tsps vanilla extract
Step 5
Add 1 tsp espresso powder to wet mixture
Step 6
Combine wet and dry mixture and mix
Step 7
Chop up chocolate bar(s) and add into mixture
Step 8
Let dough rest in fridge for at least 30 mins
Step 9
PreheaT oven to 375
Step 10
Bake for 9-13 mins
