Instructions

Step 1
Cut potato into small cubes & medium dice red onion. Mince garlic clove

Add all ingredients except chickpeas into slow cooker or crock pot
Step 3
Cook for 1 1/2 hours

Add Chickpeas and check taste for salt & seasoning, add more if needed
