Instructions

Step 1
1. Rinse a few times to clean, then soak wheat berries overnight. 2. Germinate wheat berries in germination jars in dark until barely a tail appears, rinsing every 12 hours. 3. Add all ingredients and grind in food processor. 4. Make 2 loaves on parchment paper. Bake at 350 F for 5 min each side. Dehydrate on high for 8 hours.
