Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Cube potatoes, cut carrots, brussel sprouts, onion and kielbasa
Step 3
Spread cut potatoes out on a large pan. Season and drizzle oil over.
Step 4
Drain and rinse chickpeas then spread over potatoes
Step 5
Add all other veggies and top with kielbasa.
Step 6
Add more seasoning and olive oil. Mix well.
Step 7
Bake for 30 mins then mix.
Step 8
Bake another 30 minutes.
