360gAll-purpose flour
¾ cupGranulated sugar
1 TbspBaking powder
1 tspsalt
1 ½ tspCinnamon
1 tspNutmeg
½ cupButter
or margarine, softened
3eggs
1 cupmilk
1 tspVanilla
3 cupsBlueberries
fresh or frozen
TOPPING
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Measure first 7 ingredients into mixing bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Step 2
Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth and thick. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch (22 x 33 cm) pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle blueberries over top.
Step 4
Topping: Mix all 5 ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries. Pat gently with your hand. Bake in over for 50 to 60 minutes until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean.
