Yemeni lahsa Ingredients: - 1 large onion - 2 large ripe tomatoes - 4 to 5 spicy chilies (optional) - 3 eggs - olive oil - liquid cheese - salt & pepper - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tbsp tomato puree - start by chopping the veggies. Saute the onion in a drizzle of olive oil. - once the onion starts to brown add the tomatoes. Season with salt. Pepper. Cumin. Coriander. Paprika. Tomato puree and any spices that you prefer. - keep cooking the tomatoes on medium low till dissolved. - switch off the heat then crack the eggs in the mixture. Mix it thoroughly and add a splash of water. - turn the heat back on low and spread the cheese on top. - cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. - garnish. Serve with bread and enjoy.

Instructions

Step 1
