Instructions

Step 1
Mash all chickpea scramble ingredients together. Leave some chickpea pieces whole.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in frypan on medium-low heat. Pour in chickpea scramble and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 3
Serve in a breakfast bowl or on top of toast. Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
