Instructions
Step 1
Begin by adding water to your pot and bringing that to a boil.
Step 2
Wash and peel your potatoes.

Step 3
Next, slice them into cubes and set aside.

Step 4
Dice 1/4 of an onion as well and set aside.

Step 5
Open a can of spam and slice 2 (3cm) pieces.

Step 6
Once the water is boiling, gently drop the potatoes into the pot. Season with a sprinkle of salt. Leave for 4 minutes to boil.
Step 7
Get your pan and turn on heat to medium. Start cooking your spam cubes until golden brown. Once that's done, set aside onto a plate.
Step 8
In the same pan, drop a knob of unsalted butter. Spread it around.

Step 9
Drain the potato water and add the potatoes into the pan.
Step 10
Season with 1 Tbsp of paprika powder, 1/2 Tbsp of garlic powder and 1/4 Tbsp of chicken powder. Adjust to your liking.

Step 11
Mix with a spatula so the potatoes don't get burnt! Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Step 12
Turn off heat and sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese on top to cover the potatoes. Finish off with parsley flakes (optional).

Step 13
Cover the pan with a lid or a foil and leave for 30 seconds for the cheese to melt.
Step 14
Serve and enjoy!
