Instructions

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them in thin slices. Boil these slices in salty water for no more than 3 minutes. The potatoes needs to be a little soft but not too much.

Step 2
Put some oil in a pan and the cover the bottom with the potatoes slices and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3
Beat on eggs and pour half of it into the pan with and slightly cover the potstoes. It is not necessary to stir, the potatoes have to form the bottom layer. Add some salt, pepper and oregano.

After a couple of minutes add the onion slices on top and form another layer.

Pour the left part of the eggs in the pan so the onion layer is also covered. Add salt, pepper, oregano and cover the pan with a lid. Let the frittata cook on your stove for 15 minutes.
