Instructions
Step 1
Wash the rice then cook according to instructions - I leave an inch of water on tip bring to a boil then lower heat to medium low and cover and cook 20 minutes

Add the vinegar and sugar to a pot then boil and stir to dissolve the sugar . Spread the rice on a plate then drizzle this on top with some salt and mix gently
Step 3
Drain the tuna and add to a large bowl with sriracha mayo spring onions and toasted sesame oil mix together and set aside

Step 4
Cut the seaweed in half then spread some rice on one half leaving the left corner free so it can fold add the tuna mixture in the center of the rice and fold into a cone shape . I use a piece of rice to bind the flaps together or you can use a dot of water . Roll the rest then serve and enjoy
