Instructions
Step 1
Measure flour, cheese, ham, garlic powder, sugar, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix together.
Step 2
Chop up mushrooms and cook in a pan with butter, spring onion, and thyme.
Step 3
Beat egg and milk together, then add mushroom mix.
Step 4
Fold wet mix into dry
Step 5
Divide mixture into sprayed or lined muffin tin.
Step 6
Fill 3/4 of muffin cup with mixture.
Step 7
Bake 210°c for 12 -15 minutes or til the muffin springs back.
