Clam Pasta/Spaghetti
This recipe is so delicious and fairly quick to put together. I’m using cooked baby clam meat that you can find in the frozen section at most Asian markets. This isn’t an authentic recipe but I love how it comes together.

Step 1
Boil water with salt and cook spaghetti al dente. (Do not overcook as you’ll be adding this to the clam sauce and it will continue to cook in the sauce) Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water for the sauce.
Step 2
Add extra virgin olive oil to a pan. Add garlic, onion and chili flakes. When fragrant, add chicken bouillon border and wine. Cook for 2 minutes. Add clams and pasta water then cook for a few minutes. Add spaghetti, butter, lemon juice and parsley. Toss and let it cook for another minute. Top with Parmesan cheese.
