Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with oil
Step 2
Sauté onion in a drizzle of oil and drain beans
Step 3
Add all beans, enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning to the pan
Step 4
Add sauce mixture to the 9x13
Step 5
Cut the biscuits into quarters and disperse evenly on sauce mixture
Step 6
Cover and bake for 25 minutes
Step 7
Uncover and add cheese, then bake for another 10 minutes
