Sauce

2 tspOlive Oil

3Garlic Cloves

1Red Bell Pepper
Chopped Medium

1Tomato
Chopped Medium

1 tspsalt

1 tspPepper

1 tspItalian Herbs

1 tspPaprika

100gLight Cream Cheese

½ cupPasta Water

Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in a pot. Add tsp of salt then add pasta. Cook for 8-10 mins and remove 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Get a pan on medium heat add olive oil and garlic cloves, cook for 1 min then add chopped bell pepper and tomato. Season with salt & pepper, Italian herbs and paprika. Cook for 5 mins.
Step 3
Add the mix to a blender with the pasta water and cream cheese. Blend till a smooth consistency, about 1 minute.
Step 4
Same pan on medium heat cook the beef for 5 mins and add the same seasonings. Once cooked, introduce pasta and the sauce. Mix and simmer then top with Parmesan cheese & ENJOY!
