Low sugar Katsu Sauce
Making a low sugar katsu sauce for the shellfish allergic wife.
Oyster sauce in place of tamarind soy is more traditional
4g carbs 2g sugars in 2 tbsp primal kitchen
3 g carbs no sugar (1 carbs per tsp worchestershire sauce)
1 g carbs per tbsp tamari soy
2 g sugar for brown sugar (8g per 2 tsp)
10g carbs total for the sauce (probably actually less, as much of this is probably rounded down then multiplied)
