Instructions

Step 1
Heat the water in a small pot over medium-low. Do not allow it to boil
Step 2
Place the matcha powder in a small bowl. add 1 TBSP of the hot water, and stir to form a paste.
Step 3
Pour the remaining hot water and ghee into the matcha paste and blend with a hand blender or a whisk. Add more hot hot water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Pour the tea mixture into a glass
Step 4
Add the crushed ice and stir gently to combine
Step 5
In a separate glass, use a handheld frother or a hand blender to combine the coconut milk and vanilla. Pour over the iced tea mixture and serve immediately.
