Chicken
700gRaw Chicken Breast
3Garlic Cloves
Minced
1 tspsalt
1 tspBlack Pepper
2 tspPaprika
2 tspOlive Oil
30gHoney
40gBBQ Sauce
No Added Sugar, Brand Sweet Baby Ray's
Broccoli
Instructions
Step 1
First slice the chicken breast into cubes then add minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt and olive oil. Mix till well combined. Add more seasoning if it needs more coloring.
Step 2
Get a pan on medium high heat, use cooking spray and cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side till golden brown with a nice char.
Step 3
TURN OFF the heat completely then drizzle honey and BBQ sauce. Mix it around till all the chicken pieces are coated then set aside in a bowl.
Step 4
Rinse the broccoli and add seasoning except the garlic, add the garlic to the water of a steamer
Step 5
Turn the water on high heat, once boiling cover the broccoli and continue to cook for 5 minutes, then remove cover and remove from heat
Step 6
Mix broccoli into chicken and ENJOY!
