Instructions
Step 1
Chop all Vegetables
Step 2
Set the heat to medium high on dutch oven or large pot. Add Olive oil
Step 3

Once oil is heated, all add vegetables and cook thoroughly
Step 4
Remove vegetables from pot, set aside for later
Step 5

Add ground beef to pot and salt liberally
Step 6
Cook beef, draining the fat with a spoon as it cooks
Step 7
add black pepper, cumin powder, and put the cooked vegetables back into the pot. Mix well.
Step 8
add the tomato paste, sriracha and the canned beans (with their juices)
Step 9

turn the heat to low and thoroughly mix all ingredients
Step 10

reduce on low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 11

serve chilli with a dollop of sour cream or cheese on top
