Instructions
Step 1
In a hot large pan add the sweet potato thick slices and sear off in the pan
Step 2
Whilst they're charring. Mix the maple, miso, and water together.
Step 3
Add butter to the sweet potatoes, then the mixture making sure it gets under the potatoes. Steam your broccoli for 5 minutes so it's still has a crunch.
Step 4
Add to the oven 190 degrees, for 15 mins, flipping half way, until the miso Glazed has caramelised and reduced.
Step 5
Mince the garlic and add to the yoghurt. Mix well, and lay out on the plate. Add your potatoes once cooked and sticky. Then sprinkle with seeds of choice and coriander, and serve.
