Step 1
1. Sauté peeled and diced onions in margarine.
Step 2
3. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch together until the cornstarch is dissolved.

4. Combine sugar and pineapple with soy sauce mixture, then add onions and margarine.

5. Heat on low for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

6. Lay chicken in a single layer on sheet pan(s).

7. Pour sauce over chicken.

8. Bake in oven at 350 degree F for 45-55 minutes, or until done.
