Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
In another mixing bowl combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture all at once.
Step 3
Stir until just blended but still slightly lumpy.
Step 4
Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook until golden brown, flipping when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and slightly dry edges.
