Step 1
Mix all the ingredients well, except the dates, until you get a smooth paste. We rest it until its volume doubles. We cut the dates in half and remove them. Pour the dough slowly into a pre-greased baking dish. Note that the volume of Kamach increases like a cake. We put the dates in the center of the dough and let it cook and puff up in the oven for 20 to 45 minutes. This is great for breakfast.
