Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Instructions

Step 1
Wash strawberries and cut off stems. Cut each strawberry in half. Then cut just enough off the bottom to make it flat so they will sit with the sliced side facing up.
Step 2
Scoop out just a bit of the strawberry with a spoon or melon baller. Enough for the filling to sit in the berry.
Step 3
In medium bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream until you have stiff peaks. (About 5-7min)
Step 4
In a different medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and optional lemon juice. Mix until smooth consistency and no lumps remain.
Step 5
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until all combined
Step 6
Put the mixture into piping bag, and pipe into each strawberry. Sprinkle with crumbled graham crackers. Serve and enjoy!
