Oven Baked Wings
Trust me When I tell you these Wings need to be in your dinner rotation! They are Fall off the bone and so delicious. It takes 10 minutes to prep with basic ingredients we all have in our kitchen. You can marinate them the night before or if you’re tight on time just bake right away, either way they will taste delicious.

Ingredients
6 servings
4 poundschicken wings
⅓ cupolive oil
1 cupketchup
¼ cupyellow mustard
¼ cupSriracha
or hot sauce of choice
3 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1juice of lemon
1 tablespoonpaprika
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 tablespoononion powder
1 tablespoonlemon pepper
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
6cloves garlic
minced
1red onion
large, diced
1red bell pepper
diced
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wash and pat dry the wings.
Step 2
2. Make the marinade, in a large bowl combine olive oil, ketchup, mustard, sriracha, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, salt, chicken bouillon and mix.
Step 3
3. Add in the wings along with the diced onions, peppers and garlic. Toss everything together really well. Transfer into a baking dish. Cover with a wet piece of parchment paper (run the parchment paper under water and squeeze out the excess water).
Step 4
4. Bake for 1 hour, remove the parchment paper and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until golden on top.
Step 5
5. Serve and enjoy!
