Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a bowl and mix together . Adjust the tangy flavor to your liking to be set aside

Add oil to a hot wok then add ginger garlic

Add in the cucumbers fry for about two minutes then add the sauce and let it bubble for another 30 seconds then toss through in the sauce . Serve immediately . I like to garnish with some sesame seeds coriander and chili oil
