Ingredients

Fry

1 packlamb mince
defrosted

1 Tbspcooking oil

125gmushrooms
sliced

1courgette
medium, sliced

1leek
small, sliced

2 Tbspplain flour

150mlchicken stock
made with cube
Boil
Serve
Instructions
Step 1
Fry lamb in hot oil for a few minutes to brown.



Step 2
Add vegetables and fry for 5 minutes longer.




Step 3
Stir in flour and gradually blend in stock, cover and simmer gently for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.



Step 4
Meanwhile, cook rice with peppers in boiling water for 15 minutes.




Step 5
Just before serving, stir soured cream and seasoning into lamb and heat through gently. Serve with rice.
