Just like mom made. This recipe is easily doubled which I normally do just so I can have leftovers.

Instructions
Step 1
Smash saltines in a bag to release some tension
Step 2
Add saltine crumbs, egg, salmon, and green onion to a bowl and mix until it's homogeneous and you can form a patty
Step 3
Pan fry on medium heat with oil or butter for a few minutes on each side (you want each side golden brown)
