Step 1
Chop your stale bread into bite sized pieces and add water to it in a bowl. Let it rehydrate for 20-30 minutes. Chop the vegetables like I did in the video or to your preference and add them to a different bowl. Add the bread and mix. Finally add the oil, vinegar, salt and olives and mix one final time. Buon appetito 😋
